Gina’s Sandwich and Coffee is a heartwarming story that began in 2022 in Maple Ridge, BC. The founder and owner, Gina, had a passion for food and coffee and dreamed of opening her own cafe for years. Gina’s journey began when she decided to take a chance and pursue her dream of starting a cafe.
With her passion for food and coffee and her entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to take the plunge and opened her own cafe in Maple Ridge. Starting a business in the middle of a pandemic was not an easy feat. Gina faced numerous challenges, such as finding a suitable location, securing funding, and navigating the constantly changing regulations. However, she persevered and with the help of her family and friends, she was able to open her doors in the spring of 2022.
Gina’s Sandwich and Coffee quickly became a beloved fixture in the community. With its cozy and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and exceptional food and coffee, it quickly gained a loyal following. People would come from all over Maple Ridge to enjoy a delicious sandwich or wrap, a cup of coffee, and a sweet treat.
Over time, Gina expanded her menu to include a wider range of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other tasty bites. She sourced the freshest ingredients and ensured that everything was made with care and attention to detail. Her coffee, made with locally roasted beans, was also a big hit with the customers.
